This is almost always because you're signed into a different Ribbet account to the one you upgraded. You'll need to sign out of the account you're currently logged into and then sign back in with your Premium account details.

If you can't remember the details of your Premium account, try searching your emails for "Ribbet transaction receipt" as the receipt email contains the username of your Premium account. If you still can't locate the details, please contact us with the last 4 digits of the card you used to pay, or your PayPal account email, and we'll reply to let you know your Premium account details.

If you're running the browser version of Ribbet, please try exiting your web browser completely and then re-launching Ribbet. We also have a downloadable version which you can download from here which often helps.
